| ALLISON COULTER-REDMAN - CEO and Chairman |
| As
the co-founder and CEO/Chairman of all three Redman firms, Allison is
an accomplished executive with more than twenty-five years of extensive
businesses process, operations and executive management experience.
During her career, Coulter-Redman has held the positions of CEO,
President, COO, CFO, Senior VP of Operations, and Director of
Compliance and Human Resources for several significant organizations.
Sixteen of those years were spent in the aerospace industry where she
served as the Risk and Legal Support Manager for a large aerospace
company. Aerospace, ceramics research and development, facilities,
construction and IT/Telecommunications consulting industries; are among
Coulter-Redman's vertical industry expertise. Coulter-Redman currently
serves as a Charter Member for Tie-Rockies Colorado and she is a member
of the Board of Directors for ARC Thrift Retail Stores. |
| RICHARD REDMAN - President and CTO |
| As
the co-founder and President of the three firms, Rick has over thirty
years of noteworthy technical training and management experience within
Information Technology (IT) infrastructure environments for large,
mid-size and small companies. A highly experienced IT professional;
Redman specializes in the engineering, integration/interfacing of
Computer Operations, Application/Software Development,
Hardware/Software Systems, Telecommunications and Business Processes to
include Business Continuity/Recovery and Preparedness. Redman's
exposure within fortune 500 companies is likewise significant: having
held the position of CIO, CTO, VP and Director of IT over a number of
years. His industry experience includes banking, construction,
distribution, consulting and facilities management. Redman currently
serves as an advisory Board member to ARC Thrift Retail Stores. |
| JEAN PETAK - Director, Telecommunications |

Jean
has some twenty years experience in business processes and operations,
with a comprehensive expertise in communications/telecommunications.
She has held technical and management positions for network cost
auditing and administration, business operations, systems integration,
office management and sales. Petak's extensive knowledge of the
telecommunications industry includes business enterprise audits for
costs, contracts, contract renewal, contract negotiation, revenue,
network optimization, program management, project management, and
organization efficiency.
Technology
expertise includes wired, wireless, VOIP, teleconferencing services -
both video and audio - frame relay, ATM, internet, and radio. She is
technically well-versed in equipment, installation, networks and
facilities. Petak is also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
telecommunications litigation and arbitration matters. She has a proven
track record of management in the areas of planning, development, team
leadership, definition and support of delivery activities, and project
goal achievement.

| DOUGLAS SMITH - Director, IT Program and Project Management |
|
Doug
has over twenty-seven years experience across the Information
Technology (IT) and Geographic information System (GIS) technology
spectrum including compliance and certification; information assurance,
program and project management, software design, development and
maintenance, systems acquisition, test and evaluation, resource
management, Command and Control (C2) systems and business
development. Smith develops performance-based business enterprise
solutions through effective IT governance policies and integrated
processes, including information assurance and internal controls.
A solid reputation in policy and process development, requirements
analysis with solid technical experience of software and systems
engineering. Smith also specializes in enterprise transformation
through process re-engineering activities, including integration of
COSO, COBIT and ITIL process frameworks and strategic technology
investments. He developed and directed acquisition and program
management strategies for US DOD programs, including DOD IT Lean and
Defense information assurance certification/accreditation processes. Smith's
exposure within the US Air Force and fortune 500 companies is likewise
significant having held positions of Vice President, Project Director,
Managing Director and Communications Squadron Commander. His
vertical industry experience includes IT consulting, construction
management, facilities management, aerospace and communications sectors.

| SCOTT WORTHINGTON - Director, Program and Project Management |

Scott
has over thirty-four years technical and managerial experience in C41
communications and telecommunications with career budgetary
responsibilities exceeding $300 million. Project/Program
Management experience has been in the areas of air traffic control and
long-range radar, fixed, mobile and tactical communications, wartime
Command and Control systems, video inferencing and engineering
management. Worthington's US Air Force professional experience includes
radar technician, technical inspector, radar evaluation officer, chief
integrator for AF Space Command and NORAD $1.6 Billion Cheyenne
Mountain Upgrade project, Chief Quality Assurance Evaluator, Chief of
Inspections teams, Budget and Scheduling Chief. Personnel Director,
Senior Design and Installation Engineer. Worthington also served as
Program Manager for a large Telecom/IT Company. Worthington's
exposure with the US Air Force and vertical industry experience in
Fortune 500 companies is significant holding key Senior Program and
Project Management positions within the telecommunications,
communications, information technology, aerospace and education
industries.
